Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements; prepare functional specifications, test plans, and scripts
- Partner with business units to understand application needs and compliance impacts
- Lead data mapping, system integrations, and manage testing for assigned projects
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or systems development
- Strong background in document/content management systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities
- Leadership/mentorship experience is a plus
