Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process flows
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for development teams
• Evaluate existing systems to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role
• Proficiency in process modeling tools and techniques
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with tools such as JIRA or Confluence is a plus
