Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Business & IT stakeholders to address strategic initiatives
• Provide oversight of Programs/Projects, understanding key trends and outcomes
• Collaborate with HR and IT to align technology solutions with business strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience in the Hi-tech industry or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Management Consulting
• Prior experience with Oracle HCM Cloud platform
• Experience in Program or Project Management
• Domain knowledge in HR functions such as Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition
