A company is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDR Manager) to lead and scale a team of outbound sales developers focused on generating qualified pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of BDRs to exceed pipeline and meeting goals
- Refine targeting, messaging, and sequencing to increase engagement and conversion
- Build strong partnerships with Sales, FMM, ABM, and CX teams to ensure account alignment and messaging consistency
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership experience with a proven record of driving pipeline generation
- Track record of building successful BDR teams and scaling pipeline generation
- Strong ability to build trust across GTM teams and influence without authority
- Deep experience with outbound prospecting strategies and account-based selling
- Operational mindset with an ability to use data to diagnose and improve performance
