Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to drive growth by leveraging data for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze SaaS metrics and maintain reports and dashboards for key performance indicators
• Design and manage interactive dashboards in Sigma for data exploration and self-service analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MIS, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or Economics)
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment
• In-depth knowledge of core SaaS metrics and experience in building and analyzing them
• Experience using Sigma for dashboard creation and strong proficiency in SQL
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
