Key Responsibilities
- Research, prepare, and submit applications for business licenses, certificates of occupancy, and other permits
- Communicate with local government offices to track application progress and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records of filings and track deadlines for timely submissions
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in preparing and submitting business licenses and related permits
- Familiarity with corporate maintenance requirements preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple filings and deadlines across jurisdictions
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
