Job Summary

A company is looking for a Non-QM Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Manually underwrite complex transactions to ensure compliance with established guidelines
• Perform mortgage credit analysis and review supporting documentation for loan applications
• Issue loan decisions and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Recent manual underwriting experience in the mortgage industry
• Minimum 4 years of residential underwriting experience
• Minimum 2 years of Non-QM specific underwriting experience
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficient with self-employed income calculations and guidelines
