Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy playbooks for Critical Power Systems and Processes
• Coordinate and align business processes globally for consistency and efficiency
• Lead cross-functional teams through project lifecycles and manage budgets and resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant fields such as materials, sales, or engineering
• Experience working in matrixed organizations with senior leadership
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• Strong strategic thinking and organizational planning skills
