Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst for a 12-month contract role in the United States (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for ERP and workflow enhancements, translating user needs into functional design specifications
• Develop and execute test plans for system enhancements, facilitating internal functional testing and user acceptance testing
• Contribute to project coordination, status reports, and continuous improvement initiatives across publishing technology

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong experience in gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements
• Ability to model complex workflows and translate business needs into actionable deliverables
• Experience with test planning, test case development, and execution
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
