Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst (Remote Position).
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, customize, and support Dynamics 365 CRM and integrate it with Power Platform tools
- Govern and support Microsoft 365 Copilot usage, including user enablement and compliance
- Upgrade and troubleshoot the Power Platform CoE Toolkit while developing Power BI reports and dashboards
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot Studio, Power BI, and Canvas Apps
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Azure services
- Experience in developing and maintaining applications to meet user and business needs
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with governance and compliance in AI and Microsoft 365 environments
