Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize complex calendars and travel arrangements for executives
- Act as the primary point of contact for the President, CFO, and VP of HR
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in an executive assistant role supporting C-level executives
- Experience managing and leading a team of administrative professionals
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
