Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support C-level executives in San Jose, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize complex calendars and travel arrangements for executives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the President, CFO, and VP of HR
  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in an executive assistant role supporting C-level executives
  • Experience managing and leading a team of administrative professionals
