California Licensed Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a remote Associate Attorney on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on matters related to post M&A disputes
• Draft various legal documents including memoranda, motions, and briefs
• Perform document review to identify issues and assist with miscellaneous litigation tasks

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in California
• At least 3-7+ years of experience as a practicing civil litigator
• Prior experience in Big Law is highly preferred
• Strong legal research and writing skills using Westlaw and LexisNexis
