Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Trade Compliance Specialist, Sourcing - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations, including customs regulations
• Analyze supplier manufacturing processes and conduct assessments to support country of origin determinations
• Advise procurement teams on trade compliance risks and collaborate with legal teams on compliance inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in international business, supply chain management, procurement, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in trade compliance or customs with a focus on US regulations
• Strong knowledge of country-of-origin determination regulations and HTSUS classification
• In-depth knowledge of international trade laws and regulations
• Professional certification in trade compliance is a plus
