VP of Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of Compliance to lead regulatory adherence and risk management efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive compliance programs and provide strategic direction for the compliance team
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure the company remains compliant with applicable laws
• Develop and deliver ethics and compliance training to employees while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; JD or advanced degree is a plus
• At least 10 years of experience in a compliance leadership role within the fintech, banking, or financial services industry
• Ability to develop and lead compliance programs and drive results through strong business relations
• Strong knowledge of federal laws and regulations related to lending operations
• Compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) are preferred
