Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school; admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum 7-10 years of legal experience, with a focus on commercial contracts
• At least two years of in-house experience at a consumer technology company
• Strong understanding of intellectual property law and data protection regulations
• Practical and client-centric orientation with a hands-on approach to execution
