Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to provide legal support for its product line.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the legal point of contact and subject matter expert for the product, supporting all aspects of the product development lifecycle
• Embed with business partners to provide legal counsel for special projects and initiatives central to the company's strategy
• Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve legal matters during product development

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience as product counsel in a tech company or law firm
• Juris Doctor (JD) with active state bar admission
• Experience with licensing, intellectual property, and commercial agreements
• Knowledge of marketing, data, and privacy regulations
• A project-management approach to ownership of projects
