Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Manage daily accounting operations and implement internal controls
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
• 7-10 years of accounting experience, with 3-5 years in a management role in healthcare
• Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with financial planning and analysis in a healthcare context is preferred
