Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to provide legal support for reinsurance and transactional matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and prepare legal documents related to reinsurance and internal governance approvals
• Provide legal support and advice on transactional, corporate, and regulatory issues impacting business operations
• Support international affiliates on U.S. transactions and handle international reinsurance agreements

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree (JD) from an ABA accredited law school
• California State Bar license in good standing
• 6-10 years of legal experience in financial transactions, reinsurance, or corporate governance
• Solid business or transactional experience with excellent drafting skills
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship
