California Licensed Social Work Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Work Recruitment and Placement Specialist (Remote CA).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach and recruitment in underserved California communities for the MSW program
• Support students in locating field sites and manage the field placement process
• Serve as a liaison for field placement inquiries from students and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Master of Social Work degree from a CSWE-accredited MSW program
• 2 years of post-master's experience as a social worker
• Knowledge of academic processes in a college/university setting
• Strong competence in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SharePoint and Sonia preferred
• California residency preferred, with some travel required within the state
