K-12 Ed-Tech Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ed-Tech Implementation Specialist to provide technical support and enhance video learning experiences for schools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support K-12 district partners in the setup and implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO) platforms
• Serve as the primary contact for technical onboarding and ensure smooth integration with district systems
• Document interactions and manage data related to customer support and program updates

Required Qualifications

• Experience with onboarding and implementing Single Sign-On services (e.g., Clever, ClassLink, SAML)
• Technical support experience with SaaS products
• Understanding of K-12 instructional technology and digital tools
• Experience in managing data and program registrations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment
