A company is looking for an Ed-Tech Implementation Specialist to provide technical support and enhance video learning experiences for schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support K-12 district partners in the setup and implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO) platforms
- Serve as the primary contact for technical onboarding and ensure smooth integration with district systems
- Document interactions and manage data related to customer support and program updates
Required Qualifications
- Experience with onboarding and implementing Single Sign-On services (e.g., Clever, ClassLink, SAML)
- Technical support experience with SaaS products
- Understanding of K-12 instructional technology and digital tools
- Experience in managing data and program registrations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment
