Job Summary

A company is looking for a Campaigns Manager responsible for overseeing constituency-specific organizing programs and managing volunteer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of constituency-specific organizing programs and campaigns
• Develop and launch new identity- or constituency-based caucuses and ensure compliance with legal and organizational guidelines
• Create resources and trainings to empower members and facilitate their engagement in campaign actions

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in community organizing, campaign management, or grassroots advocacy
• Strong understanding of organizing fundamentals and base-building strategies
• Commitment to progressive values and ability to foster belonging across diverse communities
• Experience managing and supporting volunteers and staff in achieving campaign goals
• Ability to coordinate projects and engage multiple stakeholders effectively
