Job Summary
A company is looking for a Case Management Lead Representative to assist members and providers in navigating mental health and substance use disorder services.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from members and providers regarding mental health services
- Triaging and assessing calls for risk of harm and coordinating with clinical partners
- Communicate eligibility, generate provider referrals, and write authorizations for services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a mental health or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience with 2+ years in behavioral health
- Customer service experience, preferably in a patient-focused mental health environment
- Ability to maintain a professional image and possess strong interpersonal skills
- Intuitive technical capabilities to navigate multiple proprietary systems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
