Job Summary

A company is looking for a Central Provider Scheduler to manage provider shift schedules in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain shift schedules for physicians and advanced practice providers using QGenda
• Manage provider availability, time-off requests, and shift changes while ensuring compliance
• Support schedule-related reporting and analytics, including overtime and staffing gaps

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of healthcare scheduling experience, preferably in provider scheduling
• Experience with scheduling software such as QGenda, Intrigma, or Kronos
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools for schedule tracking/reporting
• Ability to learn and optimize new systems and processes quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-state healthcare environment
