Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Education Coordinator (Coding Coordinator).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing education for providers regarding billing, coding, and documentation
• Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy in coding and billing practices
• Develop educational materials and presentations to convey complex coding and regulatory information clearly

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field plus 5 years of production coding experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Certification in CPC, CPC-H, RHIT, or RHIA
• Detailed knowledge of medical coding systems and auditing principles
• High degree of coding accuracy and ability to apply complex coding concepts
• Experience in educational program development and delivery
