Certified Workday Data Conversion Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Workday Data Conversion Lead / Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end data conversion process from legacy ERP systems into Workday
• Manage all phases of data conversion, including mapping, extraction, transformation, and validation
• Collaborate with functional leads and client stakeholders to define data scope and mapping rules

Required Qualifications

• Current Workday Data Conversion Certification
• 5+ years of data migration or integration experience, with 2+ years in Workday data conversion
• Strong command of Workday EIBs, data loading tools, and XML templates
• Experience in at least two full Workday deployments as the data lead or senior consultant
• Expertise in one or more Workday functional areas: HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Financials, or SCM
