Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Expert (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans
• Conduct change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and stakeholder analysis
• Lead communication campaigns to drive awareness and engagement

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in organizational change, transformation, or a similar role
• Proficiency with frameworks like ADKAR or Kotter's 8 Step, and tools for change planning
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is preferred
