Citrix VDI Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Citrix VDI Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide level-2 and level-3 technical support for Citrix/XenApps server environment
• Monitor VDI platform using various client tools and ensure virtual sessions are functioning properly
• Address technical inquiries and ensure all Citrix platform server systems have updated software patches

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience with Citrix administration, including XenServer in a production environment
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Servers and infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, WSUS, etc.)
• 5+ years of design and architecture experience
• 5+ years providing Tier 1 - Tier 4 support
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with five or more years of professional experience in a large-scale enterprise Windows environment and Citrix VDI
