Claims Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dental Benefit Claim Technician to manage the evaluation and adjudication of various group claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate claims using policy provisions and facts to make independent recommendations and decisions
• Maintain communication with claimants, employers, brokers, vendors, and internal teams throughout the claim lifecycle
• Assess financial liability and eligibility based on salary data, contract terms, and medical/vocational information

Required Qualifications

• Ability to interpret complex insurance contracts and medical/vocational information
• Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines
• Strong organizational skills with accuracy and urgency in task completion
• Must have access to a high-speed internet connection and be located in the United States or Puerto Rico
