Outreach Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outreach Coordinator (Outbound) to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to members, introducing programs and inviting participation
• Capture and maintain accurate member information in CRM systems
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals, including enrollment and call-quality metrics

Required Qualifications

• Outbound call center experience required, healthcare experience preferred
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting
• Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus
• Able to work 2:30 pm- 11 pm Monday-Friday
• Must have high-speed internet (30 MBPS)
