Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer or partner-facing role at a SaaS company, preferably in HCM
- Strong background in payroll
- Proven ability to build strong customer or partner relationships
- Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities
- Passion for training partners and internal teams
