Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to scope and execute customer pilots, defining success criteria and tracking progress
- Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding, ensuring timely delivery of workflows, integrations, and training
- Serve as the primary post-sales contact, driving customer adoption and satisfaction while identifying opportunities for account growth
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Customer Success or Engagement Management within healthcare SAAS or health information management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer launches and stakeholders
- Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and navigating vendor review processes
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to present ROI and operational outcomes clearly
- Experience in healthcare workflows or clinical research is preferred
