Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to scope and execute customer pilots, defining success criteria and tracking progress
  • Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding, ensuring timely delivery of workflows, integrations, and training
  • Serve as the primary post-sales contact, driving customer adoption and satisfaction while identifying opportunities for account growth
Required Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience in Customer Success or Engagement Management within healthcare SAAS or health information management
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer launches and stakeholders
  • Experience in upselling, cross-selling, and navigating vendor review processes
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to present ROI and operational outcomes clearly
  • Experience in healthcare workflows or clinical research is preferred
