A company is looking for a Client Success Manager and Salesforce Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Salesforce configurations, workflows, and integrations
- Design and maintain robust data models to ensure accuracy and scalability
- Lead cross-functional projects and provide strategic guidance to clients and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field
- 2-3+ years of Salesforce experience, preferably with Non-profit cloud and NPSP
- Project management experience, ideally with Mid-market accounts
- Salesforce certification preferred but not required
- Ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
