Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to Strategic and B2B/AI customers, addressing complex queries with urgency
- Manage multi-channel query resolution and serve as an escalation contact for Customer Success and Sales
- Proactively collect and escalate customer feedback, collaborating with internal teams to identify issues and support improvements
Required Qualifications
- Experience in providing technical support to SaaS and B2B customers
- Technical acumen, including familiarity with APIs and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to customer needs
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to SLAs and act with urgency in resolving issues
