A company is looking for a Strategic & B2B Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional support to Strategic and B2B/AI customers, addressing complex queries with urgency
  • Manage multi-channel query resolution and serve as an escalation contact for Customer Success and Sales
  • Proactively collect and escalate customer feedback, collaborating with internal teams to identify issues and support improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in providing technical support to SaaS and B2B customers
  • Technical acumen, including familiarity with APIs and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to customer needs
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to SLAs and act with urgency in resolving issues
