Client Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Implementation Specialist to train clients on SaaS products and guide them through custom website development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process and manage client go-live projects
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring understanding of the software
• Conduct software training sessions and collaborate with design teams to create client-specific website designs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, technology, or a related field
• Experience in onboarding/implementation, client success, technical services, or customer support roles
• Solid understanding of SaaS products and basic software principles
• Experience managing multiple client implementations simultaneously
• Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), is a plus
