- Mentor and manage a team of 15-18 Insurance Professionals, monitoring performance and providing feedback
- Oversee operational schedules and handle escalations to ensure rapid resolution and best practices
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance efficiency and team experience through strategic planning and process improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of progressive Contact Center experience
- Proven supervisory experience with the ability to coach and develop team members
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license within 90 days
- Flexibility to work various hours as needed, including evening shifts
