Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and manage a team of 15-18 Insurance Professionals, monitoring performance and providing feedback
  • Oversee operational schedules and handle escalations to ensure rapid resolution and best practices
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance efficiency and team experience through strategic planning and process improvement


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED
  • 2+ years of progressive Contact Center experience
  • Proven supervisory experience with the ability to coach and develop team members
  • Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license within 90 days
  • Flexibility to work various hours as needed, including evening shifts
