Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advice Line RN - Ortho.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage incoming calls and provide nursing coordination for patients
• Schedule patient appointments and process referrals, including demographic and insurance data collection
• Provide patient education, answer clinical questions, and support quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional nursing school; BS RN preferred, CNS RN preferred
• 4 years of varied nursing experience required, with some inpatient nursing experience
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Virginia or eligible for licensure
• Must complete orientation and competency requirements successfully
• Advanced nursing skills and knowledge across specialties required
