Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while maintaining exceptional customer service
• Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels and negotiate fair injury settlements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in claims handling or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Strong adaptability to manage multiple, diverse venues and stakeholder expectations
• Proficiency in using innovative platforms and tools for claims processing
• Understanding of legal processes related to bodily injury claims
