Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for prescription ordering, tracking, and enrollment
- Perform follow-up calls regarding out-of-stock alerts and credit card updates for subscription orders
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently while maintaining rapport with customers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Must reside in the United States, excluding California, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington
- Experience in a pharmacy setting is a plus but not required
- Must have a personal computer with Windows 11 and a wired internet connection
- Valid antivirus software must be installed and up to date
- Must have a USB headset with a microphone and dual monitors
