Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily custody operations and ensure compliance with end-to-end process requirements
- Handle inbound customer inquiries in Italian and English through Zendesk, providing timely resolutions
- Translate and maintain Help Center articles and collaborate with cross-functional teams on Italian translations
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in a customer support role or equivalent
- Ability to travel frequently to secured facilities
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency and financial services support
- Experience with Zendesk Support, Guide, and Chat
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as needed
