Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries in Italian and English through Zendesk, providing timely resolutions
  • Translate and maintain Help Center articles and collaborate with cross-functional teams on Italian translations
Required Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience in a customer support role or equivalent
  • Ability to travel frequently to secured facilities
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency and financial services support
  • Experience with Zendesk Support, Guide, and Chat
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as needed
