Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appeals and Letters Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process denial-related and member-oriented written communications according to protocol and documentation requirements
  • Act as a liaison for communication with internal and external customers regarding appeals and denials
  • Document and communicate appeal and denial information, ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted registered clinical license in state of residence (RN, PT, OT, or ST)
  • 3+ years of clinical experience in a relevant field
  • Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work four or more holidays per year on a rotating basis
  • Dedicated workspace with high-speed internet capability
