A company is looking for an Appeals and Letters Coordinator - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Process denial-related and member-oriented written communications according to protocol and documentation requirements
- Act as a liaison for communication with internal and external customers regarding appeals and denials
- Document and communicate appeal and denial information, ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted registered clinical license in state of residence (RN, PT, OT, or ST)
- 3+ years of clinical experience in a relevant field
- Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work four or more holidays per year on a rotating basis
- Dedicated workspace with high-speed internet capability
