A company is looking for a Part Time Client Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule reservations and arrange pet care coverage
- Answer client and staff inquiries via email and phone
- Maintain and update client management systems and documentation
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of prior experience working or volunteering with animals preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate's Degree will be considered
- Extremely reliable with the ability to work independently
- Access to a cellphone and a quiet home office environment
- Prior experience in a busy office setting or as a receptionist/admin assistant preferred
