Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Client Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule reservations and arrange pet care coverage
  • Answer client and staff inquiries via email and phone
  • Maintain and update client management systems and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 6 months to 1 year of prior experience working or volunteering with animals preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate's Degree will be considered
  • Extremely reliable with the ability to work independently
  • Access to a cellphone and a quiet home office environment
  • Prior experience in a busy office setting or as a receptionist/admin assistant preferred
