Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Leader for the Client Relations Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 6-8 staff members, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting performance metrics
- Champion company values and policies while assisting in staff training and development
- Maintain a caseload of about 50 clients and cultivate existing client relationships
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in nondiscrimination testing
- 5+ years of supervisory experience
- Credentials with a nationally recognized organization (ASPPA or NIPA)
- Strong knowledge of ERISA and Internal Revenue Code and Regulations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
