Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Customer Success Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary technical resource for large customers, providing expert guidance on product deployment and optimization
  • Lead the technical onboarding process for new strategic customers, ensuring efficient setup
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to enterprise clients
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, professional services, or solutions engineering, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong hands-on JavaScript experience, with familiarity in debugging and building integrations
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL, and PostgreSQL
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with at least one supported SDK language (Go, Node.js, Python, PHP, C#, Java) is preferred
