Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Support Lead, SME.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of remote support specialists
- Provide escalated technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Develop and implement strategies to improve support processes and enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or 10+ years of experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI with Poly; active TS/SCI with Poly highly desired
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and collaboration platforms
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
