Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Eligibility Worker to provide training and support for the Economic Assistance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide initial and ongoing training and onboarding for new employees
• Review work for timeliness and accuracy while determining eligibility for economic assistance programs
• Field client communications and provide customer support in various environments

Required Qualifications

• One year of work experience related to determining eligibility for human services economic assistance programs
• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of an eligibility worker one-year certificate program or 90 semester hours of a bachelor's degree program
• Three years of relevant work experience in processing claims, financial eligibility benefits, or related fields
• Any combination of education and experience that meets the above criteria
