A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative-Remote (Bilingual: Spanish and English).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
