Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to achieve timely resolutions by investigating and gathering necessary information
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Qualifications

• 3 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of licensing/jurisdiction in MD, VA & NJ
