A company is looking for an Associate Customer Service Representative, B2C.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries and perform product diagnosis
- Guide customers and trade professionals through installation and repair processes
- Utilize various software systems to manage customer interactions and track orders
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; 2-4 year degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience desired
- Previous computer experience necessary; call center experience preferred
- Completion of internal Brand Ambassador Program required
- Must have a hard-wired internet service with a minimum speed of 10mbps
