Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Customer Service Representative, B2C.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer inquiries and perform product diagnosis
  • Guide customers and trade professionals through installation and repair processes
  • Utilize various software systems to manage customer interactions and track orders
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; 2-4 year degree preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience desired
  • Previous computer experience necessary; call center experience preferred
  • Completion of internal Brand Ambassador Program required
  • Must have a hard-wired internet service with a minimum speed of 10mbps
