Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate client care coordination and assist with scheduling needs
- Provide administrative support to clinicians and ensure smooth communication across teams
- Monitor client progress and follow up to ensure care plans are executed effectively
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical/mental health office with scheduling and referral coordination
- Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records Systems
- Experience with Excel, Word, and other computer programs
- Ability to work effectively in a team with minimal supervision
- Customer service experience (2 years preferred)
