Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vehicle Processing Clerk (Remote - Michigan).

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, customers, and relevant parties to complete vehicle repurchases
• Handle inbound and outbound communications and secure required documentation
• Expedite and track case handling through documentation systems while meeting required metrics

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of customer service experience
• Able to work shifts within the center's hours of operation, including a primary shift from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time
• Must be a Michigan resident with high-speed internet access and a distraction-free work environment
